CAIRO, Mar 3 – EgyptAir has waived charge and cancellation fees for passengers affected by recent flight suspensions to several Arab and Gulf destinations, according to a statement issued Monday.
Affected passengers can reschedule flights to the same destinations without paying amendment fees. The waiver applies to changes made on or before Mar 15.
Passengers who choose to cancel tickets can also do so without penalty. But refunds must be processed through the original booking channel, including the airline’s website, sales offices, or authorized travel agents, subject to the original ticket conditions.
The airline stated that its Integrated Operations Control Center is monitoring developments across affected routes. The unit continues to track changes to ensure flight operations align with current conditions.
Passengers are advised to check their booking status before travel. Customers, both domestic and foreign, can access updates through the airline’s call center or official platforms.
